The service

Ostra Blueprint generates, hosts, and helps you edit business websites using AI. Free accounts can generate and preview sites; publishing to a live domain requires a paid plan. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Your content and sites

You own the content of the sites you create — your text, images, products, and posts. You grant us the license needed to host and serve them.

You're responsible for what your site publishes: you must have rights to uploaded content, and sites may not be used for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful (including phishing, malware, harassment, or infringing content). We may suspend sites that violate this.

AI-generated text and imagery suggestions are starting points — review them; you're responsible for their accuracy on your site (prices, claims, legal notices for your industry).

AI features and credits

AI editing, the visitor assistant, and content writing consume credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over; purchased credit packs don't expire. Credits aren't refundable once used.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Unpublishing follows non-payment. Done-For-You setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun.

Visitor data

Leads, bookings, and assistant conversations collected on your site belong to you. You're responsible for handling your visitors' data lawfully in your jurisdiction (including any consent or notice your business requires).

Service changes and liability

We work to keep sites fast and online, but the service is provided as-is without warranties; our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
