How Ostra pricing works
Can I use AI Receptionist without a website?
Yes. AI Receptionist works as a standalone product and includes one local US number.
Does AI Receptionist book appointments automatically?
It records appointment requests for the business to review and confirm. It does not currently promise confirmed calendar booking.
Are additional phone minutes charged automatically?
The AI Receptionist plan includes 200 callable minutes each month, and additional callable minutes are $0.25 each.
Is AI Chat included with Website?
No. AI Chat is a separate product, also available in a combined plan.
Is AI Receptionist included with Website?
No. AI Receptionist is standalone, also available in a combined plan.
Can I preview a website before paying?
Yes. You can generate and review a website preview before subscribing. A Website subscription is required to publish and keep it live.
Are managed SEO and Ads included?
No. Managed Local SEO and Managed Google Ads are separate human services with their own pricing.
Does Ostra include ecommerce?
Ostra can support commerce experiences on your website, but ecommerce is not part of the standalone AI Receptionist plan. Talk to us about a commerce launch.
