Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information: your email address, used to sign you in (magic links) and send service emails such as lead alerts, booking notifications, and weekly summaries.

Site content: the business description you provide and the website content generated from it, including text, images you upload, products, posts, and settings.

Visitor data on published sites: page views (with an anonymized visitor identifier), lead form submissions, booking requests, and messages sent to the site's AI assistant. This data belongs to the site owner and is shown in their dashboard.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

Usage data: edit events and feature usage inside Ostra, used to operate credits and improve the product.

How we use it

To provide the service: generating and hosting your website, delivering leads and bookings to you, and powering AI editing.

AI features (site generation, editing, the visitor assistant, blog writing) send relevant content to Anthropic's Claude models for processing. Content sent this way is not used by us for advertising.

Stock photography is searched via Unsplash; analytics on ostrablueprint.com use Google Analytics; owners may optionally connect their own Google tag on their sites.

Transactional email (magic links, lead and booking alerts, summaries) is delivered via Resend.

We do not sell personal information.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare R2 (uploaded media), behind industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

Your choices

Site owners can export their content, delete projects, or ask us to delete their account and data entirely — email us and we'll take care of it.

Visitors on published sites should contact the site's owner for data requests about leads or bookings they submitted; we act as a processor for that data.

Cookie use is limited to what sign-in and analytics require.
