What drives the cost
One thing: how long the receptionist spends on the phone. A service call — what needs doing, where, when, and a callback number — usually runs about three minutes, so 200 minutes is roughly 66 calls a month before anything extra is billed. Your own calls may be shorter or longer; the minutes are what count, not the number of calls.
A month where nothing much happens costs $129. A month where you take an extra fifty minutes of calls costs $129 plus $12.50.
